HOA Board of Directors:

The affairs of the Association are conducted by an elected Board of Directors. The Board is elected by a vote of the membership. The Boards responsibilities include preparation of the budget and creation of an annual report which is distributed to the membership.

Architectural Control Committee (ACC):

Advises the board in regulating the external design, appearance, use and maintenance of neighborhood homes, and the interpretation of the governing documents. This will include reviewing "ACC" applications and reporting any non-compliance with the covenants and restrictions to the management company.

This committee is revising and updating the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) for the Stacy Ridge Estates Homeowners Association. The CCR document that we inherited from the original subdivision developer has many areas that need to be revised and updated. Your input and committee participation is welcome.

Civic Action Committee:

Monitors and takes positive and constructive action on issues which impact the quality of life and property values of Stacy Ridge Estates residents. Issues which could include commercial and residential development, traffic, safety, pollution that affect Stacy Ridge Estates and reports those issues and recommended actions to the Board.

Advises and assists in keeping the community informed of activities and association functions by preparing newsletters, websites, publicity and/or funding for community events, publishing a directory and welcoming new neighbors.

Works with the landscape and management companies in the oversight of common area landscaping and assist in color changes plus long and short term improvements.

The Pool Committee, in conjunction with the Property Manager and the Board of Directors, helps oversee the Pool and Amenity Center and playground area. The committee makes recommendations concerning policies, procedures, repairs and improvements.

Safety/Crime Watch Committee:

Organizes neighborhood crime watch and McGruff Safe Houses. This committee also works pro-actively with City departments and other safety experts to aid in traffic control, home safety, personal and family safety issues. Works with local law enforcement and informs the neighborhood of any criminal or suspicious behavior.
